FalconJA Software Programming Services LLC provides custom software development, AI assistants, racing analysis tools, trading journal tools, automation systems, downloads, and related digital services.

Digital access and account security

When you purchase digital access, FalconJA may deliver the service through account access, download links, email instructions, hosted software, or project communication. You are responsible for using the service lawfully and keeping usernames, passwords, devices, and account access secure.

Subscriptions and prices

Subscription prices, currency, billing period, and renewal terms are displayed before checkout. Unless a subscription is cancelled before the renewal date, it renews automatically at the end of the selected billing period. FalconJA may suspend or limit access for abuse, security risk, non-payment, payment reversal, or violation of these terms.

No guaranteed outcomes

FalconJA tools are built for productivity, analysis, organization, automation, and workflow support. Racing and trading tools provide informational analysis only and do not guarantee winnings, profits, returns, successful trades, betting outcomes, or financial outcomes. FalconJA is not a broker, financial adviser, bookmaker, gambling operator, or wagering service. Users remain responsible for their own decisions.

Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse, resell, sublicense, share paid access, copy, or reverse engineer FalconJA software unless FalconJA gives written permission.
  • Do not use FalconJA systems for illegal activity, fraud, spam, abuse, or unauthorized access.
  • Do not upload content that you do not have the right to use.

Intellectual property

FalconJA websites, software, designs, code, documentation, branding, and product content are owned by FalconJA Software Programming Services LLC or its licensors. Customers receive only the access rights described at purchase or in a separate written agreement.

Payments and refunds

Prices are shown before purchase or agreed before a custom service begins. Subscription renewal and cancellation information is described in the Cancellation Policy. Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.

FJAM and cryptocurrency payments

Falcon Jamaica Token (FJAM), where accepted, is intended as a utility token within the FalconJA ecosystem. FalconJA cryptocurrency payments, including FJAM and supported TRC-20 USDT invoices, are blockchain transactions on TRON Mainnet and may be irreversible after broadcast and confirmation.

  • Customers are responsible for sending the exact invoice token only on TRON Mainnet to the payment wallet shown on the active FalconJA invoice.
  • Sending an incorrect token, using an incorrect network, or sending to an incorrect address may cause permanent loss.
  • Cryptocurrency values may fluctuate. FalconJA does not guarantee profits, price increases, liquidity, exchange listings, or investment returns.
  • FalconJA verifies cryptocurrency payments by contract address and blockchain transaction data, not by token symbol or customer screenshots.

Termination

FalconJA may terminate or suspend access if a user violates these terms, creates security or abuse risks, fails to pay, reverses a valid charge, or uses the service unlawfully. Customers may stop future subscription renewals according to the Cancellation Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FalconJA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, trading, wagering, financial, lost-profit, lost-data, or business-interruption damages arising from use of the website, software, analysis, downloads, or services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, United States, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
